Participants must be at least 18 years old to be admitted to BoundCon. In case of doubt, admission may be refused without proof of age.
By entering the event, the participant agrees that the organizer, his employees, his temporary staff, the Zenith, sponsors of the convention or any events associated with the convention are not responsible or liable for any claims, actions, damages, including costs or other expenses and personal injury, wrongful death, or property damage for any participation during the term of the event.
It is mandatory to follow the following event dress and behavior code:
No complete nudity except for performances on one of the stages as part of the show program
No exposed genitals
Breasts and nipples may be exposed inside the event hall
Visitors who wish to attend the trade fair in appropriate fetish outfits are asked to wear street clothes outside the Zenith premises.
Within the venue, wearing fetish clothing is possible without any problems. There is a cloakroom and changing facilities in the hall for this purpose.
Attempted or consummated sexual intercourse is prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
In the event of a violation of the dress code, access will be withdrawn immediately – there will be no compensation or refund of prepaid fees.
Photography and filming is allowed during the event in principle and with the following restrictions:
Only small cameras are allowed, the camera must fit with the lens and flash extended into a box of 20x20x20cm,
additional objects and flash units are not allowed. Any photographic aids, such as tripods, chairs or ladders, are not allowed for safety reasons.
Photography and filming of the shows and performances on the stages is allowed without restriction.
Filming and photography at the Rope Space and in the VIP area are absolutely forbidden.
Photography and filming of activities, demonstrations and of goods or similar at the exhibitors' stands is allowed after consultation with the respective exhibitor. The exhibitor can prohibit photography at his stand at his own discretion.
Violations will result in exclusion from the trade fair.
Uninvolved persons and visitors who have not explicitly consented to this photo shoot may not be photographed or visible in the background.
Beyond the stage, ALL photographed persons must actively consent to the photograph.
BoundCon employs its own photographers and videographers, who are identified as such with a T-shirt and/or badge. They are tasked with documenting the trade fair and the events on stage. For this purpose, they are allowed to take pictures everywhere without restriction. Guests and/or visitors will only be shown recognizably by our employees with their express consent.
There will be 2-3 cameramen at the event, they are employed and authorized by the organizer.
Models have the right to prohibit anyone from taking pictures of them. Anyone who wants to photograph a model must ask the model or an authorized person for permission in advance. The only exception to this rule: when permission to photograph certain models in a designated area is clearly signposted. Please always respect the privacy of the models. Attending the convention does not automatically mean that all models want to be photographed. Models have the right to decide whether or not they want to participate in bondage or bondage-like performances or photo shoots at the convention. Models are responsible for their own well-being and safety. Models are encouraged to report any problems with photographers, producers and/or fans to a representative of the organizer. Neither the organizer, its employees, its members, the Zenith nor the sponsors of the convention or any events associated with the convention are responsible or liable for any claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses arising out of business or actions taken in private hotel rooms or at private parties. Models are strongly advised to check the references of the photographer and to have someone they know and trust present during private photo shoots. They should also clear up any doubts before agreeing to a private photo shoot.
Any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.
The purchased tickets will be validated upon entering the event. When leaving the hall, the ticket loses its validity, and a stamp will be applied by the doorman or security personnel for re-entry. The ticket stub must be kept during the visit to the event and presented to security personnel upon request.
Visitors with VIP tickets will receive colored VIP wristbands, which they must wear at all times in the exhibition hall. These must be shown upon request of the security or the organizer when entering the VIP area. Passing on the wristbands is not allowed. In case of violation, immediate removal from the event will follow.
The organizer reserves the right to remove and/or refuse permission to enter the convention and/or any or all related events to any person(s) who may create a disruption or pose a threat to the well-being of other attendees.
We expressly point out that all image and sound material recorded within the exhibition halls may only be published with the written consent of the organizer. Publication is already given by posting unlicensed images on the internet. Violations will be subject to a contractual penalty of €5,000 and will be reported to the police. The only exception to this rule is private photo shoots with models. In this case, written consent from the model for publication is sufficient. The organizer reserves the right to prohibit publication if other, possibly uninvolved persons can be recognized on the material. Only images published on the official BoundCon homepage www.BoundCon.com may be used without restriction for advertising and promotional purposes.
All persons attending a workshop or demonstration during the convention weekend must have the organizer's approval, which is explicitly intended to ensure (among other things) that participants in all workshops and demonstrations release the organizer, its members, agents, employees, representatives, associations and owners, as well as the Zenith, from any and all liability for any and all damages and claims arising out of participation in the workshops and demonstrations, including claims for damages, costs, expenses related to personal injury, property damage or wrongful death. No one is allowed to start a demonstration or participate in a workshop without first having the necessary clearance. Any participation in any impromptu demonstrations or other play activities is at your own risk and to the exclusion of any liability by the organizer and his participants.
The organizer reserves the right to change, expand or modify any or all of these general rules at his own discretion.
Consuming food brought from outside is prohibited on the entire premises.
One companion for persons with a disability ID marked B will receive free entry.
In addition, the general requirements of the Munich Public Order Office apply.
